With a variety of facility rental options the Strategic Air & Space Museum is the perfect place for any event! With free parking for up to 550 vehicles and 8 different facility options, we will work with you to make your event great!

  • Library – Daytime rental only

  • ConAgra Theatre – Daytime rental only

  • Mezzanine – Evening rental only
    (5pm-11pm); Capacity: 75
  • Atrium – Evening rental only
    (5pm-11pm); Capacity: 300
  • Hangar A – Evening rental only
    (5pm-11pm); Capacity: 400
  • Hangar B – Evening rental only
    (5pm-11pm); Capacity: 700
  • Restoration – Anytime rental;

  • Entire Museum – Evening only
    (5pm-11pm); Capacity: 3000

-The Strategic Air & Space Museum has enough round tables for parties up to 250 people that are included in the rental price.

-Staging, podiums and a sound system can be provided by SASM staff if needed for an additional charge.

-The Strategic Air & Space Museum has an open catering policy. There is a compiled list of preferred vendors that have worked with the museum before, if needed.

-A security guard is needed for all evening events. For any event with over 500 people additional security is needed. Payment for security guards is separate and is $35 an hour.

**Guests are invited to tour the museum for the first two hours of their event. Admission to the museum is included in the rental price.
